Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter M&M Balls

A homemade candy proving that there is no better combination than peanut butter and chocolate!!Chocolate Peanut butter M&M Balls.

It's a real mouthful, literally.

Ingredients:
-1 1/2 cups peanut butter
-1/2 cup melted butter
-2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
-As much M&Ms as you want!
-1-2 cups of chocolate chips

Steps:
1. Mix all ingredients (except chocolate) together in a bowl until combined.

2.Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and roll pieces into balls to put on it.

3. Freeze until hard (About 20 minutes should do it.)

4. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave for 60 seconds ( check and stir every 15 seconds)\

5. Stick a fork into each ball and dip them in chocolate.

6. Cover with M&Ms or any other topping you want, then freeze until firm.

You don't have to use M&Ms. You could use Smarties, skittles, Reese's pieces, chopped up chocolate bars, or combine more than 1 flavour. Or use Nutella instead of peanut butter. Or BOTH! The possibilities are endless!

Smores Dip

Smore's Dip

Introducing a new way to eat your smores, an without a campfire.

Ingredients:
-1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- Jumbo marshmallows
-1/2 cup of chocolate chips
- About 10 peanut butter cups (optional)

Steps:
1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Then hat your cast iron skillet. Once it is heated, add vegetable oil.

2. Add the chocolate chips to the bottom of the cast iron skillet and even it out.

3. Next, if you are adding peanut butter cups to it, put them over the layer of chocolate chips. Then cut the jumbo marshmallows in half and place them over top of the smore's dip. If you are not having peanut butter cups, just add the jumbo marshmallows and don't cut them in half.

4. Next, put the skillet in the oven for 5-7 minutes. Once it is out of the oven, let it sit for 5 minutes.

Now you can be creative with what you dip it with. It is a smore's dip so I would highly recommend having graham crackers with it before anything. You could also dip teddy grahams, pretzels, or even the little fun sized chocolate bars or Oreos. It is completely up to you. Or to make it even more fun, use the rainbow jumbo marshmallows. Customize to your liking and enjoy:)

Oreo Bark

Oreo Bark :)

Oreo bark? That sounds sort of hard doesn't it. Well, it's actually not! It requires 2 ingredients only! Plus  it doesn't take much time either. No using the oven for this recipe.

Ingredients:
-1 bag of white chocolate chips
-1-2 boxes of Oreos (Depends on how much you want to use)

Steps:
1. Take atleast 1 box of Oreos and put the cookies in a big plastic bag. Then crush them with a rolling pin. Set some aside to top it or crush more if you want.

2. Next put the white chocolate chips in a bowl and microwave them for about 30 seconds. Stir the chocolate around quick, then stir in the Oreos.

3. Put some parchment paper on a cookie sheet and spread the batter on it. Then sprinkle your extra Oreos on it.

4. Refrigerate until hard (about 30 minutes but longer wouldn't hurt).

Remember, you could be really creative with this. You could use normal brown chocolate, butterscotch chips, or rainbow chips. Maybe instead of Oreos, you prefer fudgeos or chips ahoy. To top it, maybe, you want M&Ms, skittles, peanut butter cups, or broken up chocolate bars. Maybe drizzle some caramel sauce on it or spread marshmallow fluff on it. It's totally up to you. Get creative and enjoy.
